Chris Eckert has been selling real estate full-time on the mid-peninsula since 2004 with Keller Williams Realty. He chose to join Keller Williams in 2004 for its education-based and cultural model. The KW culture teaches and encourages a culture of giving back and sharing knowledge that has inspired a level of cooperation between agents and offices that doesn’t exist in other companies. In fact, Stanford 
Graduate School of Business studied the Keller William culture and now teaches business students about the Importance of culture.  When you are ready to sell, you want to work with a real estate professional backed by a company that you can trust.  Recently Keller Williams became the Number One Real Estate Company in the United States.  That means that we have more agents helping more clients than anyone else in our industry. This milestone and these numbers reflect the trust that our clients have placed in Keller Williams and represent the reputation built by that trust. The proof is in the numbers (year end 2017)

Listings sold by Keller Williams grew by 8.4% – more than the industry as a whole.Our Listings sold by volume outpaced the industry by 7.7%Chris is a local homeowner living in the Hayward Park neighborhood of San Mateo with his wife Kelli and their two dogs, Maru and Maggie, plus their kitties Booker T, Sam, Ellie Grace, Leonard and Ralph.  In addition, he is a Burlingame property owner and real estate investor. His great success is due to him meeting his neighbors by going door to door, having an “A Team” that consists of a full-time executive assistant, an award-winning stager, and trusted contractors that work with him on all his 
listings and renovations.  He is actively involved in several peninsula organizations, such as the San Mateo Chamber of Commerce, that allow him to stay connected and current on all the issues which impact local property values. He is on the leading edge of changes and market trends because he knows it’s not just about selling your home; it is just as important to sell the lifestyle.  He was recognized as one of the 100 Most Influential Agents in Northern California 2016 by Real Estate Executive Magazine. He has been a member of the Rotary Club of San Mateo since 2006 and is presently serving as their Rotary President for 2017-2018. Giving back to the community is important to Chris and he does this through his annual sponsorships and volunteering for various community events, e.g., the Central Park Music Series, Baywood Elementary School Auction Fundraiser, Police Activities League (PAL), Little League, American Legion Riders, City of Arts and the annual fall Arboretum Garden Tour at Central Park.  His involvement with these organizations has helped grow his business and name recognition while doing what he loves and values most, serving his clients and his community.

 

   

 

About Phil Evans

Phil has traveled to over 30 countries and lived on four continents, yet the Bay Area is where he calls home. He has lived in several neighborhoods throughout the San Francisco Peninsula, giving him a first-hand understanding of the pros and cons of each area. As a market-expert, Phil knows his clients also need him to be a lifestyle-expert since schools, community, restaurants, and transportation can be as important to having a home as the house itself. 

Having a corporate background in Real Estate Marketing and Advertising, he is always up-to-date with the latest technologies and strategies in the real estate industry to serve clients better. With his solid business background, marketing expertise, and experience providing superior
 customer service, Phil has had an easy transition from helping clients market their real estate to helping them buy and sell it.  Phil has built a reputation for his straightforward and honest approach in which he listens closely to his client’s individual needs, and provides personalized service and advice.

When Phil is not helping clients buy and sell real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. The three of them enjoy surfing in Santa Cruz, wine tasting in Napa, and skiing in Tahoe with family and friends. Phil also coaches the Women’s JV Soccer team at San Mateo High School.

I work out of our Burlingame office located at 1430 Howard Avenue, Monday-Friday, from 9AM-6PM.   I have a passion for real estate, technology and people and why I am thrilled to be supporting Chris Eckert and his fabulous real estate business here on the Peninsula. As Chris Eckert’s assistant I am here to provide customer service to our clients.  I will be the one handling all the paperwork throughout the listing and selling process and assisting with the marketing of your home.   I have over 20 professional years of high level experience in different business environments from varying industries as well as personal administrative customer support.
