About Phil Evans
Phil has traveled to over 30 countries and lived on four continents, yet the Bay Area is where he calls home. He has lived in several neighborhoods throughout the San Francisco Peninsula, giving him a first-hand understanding of the pros and cons of each area. As a market-expert, Phil knows his clients also need him to be a lifestyle-expert since schools, community, restaurants, and transportation can be as important in having a home as the house itself.
Having a corporate background in Real Estate Marketing and Advertising, he is always up-to-date with the latest technologies and strategies in the real estate industry to serve clients better.
With his solid business background, marketing expertise, and experience providing superior customer service, Phil has had an easy transition from helping clients market their real estate to helping them buy and sell it. Phil has built a reputation for his straightforward and honest approach in which he listens closely to his client’s individual needs and provides personalized service and advice.
When Phil is not helping clients buy and sell real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. The three of them enjoy surfing in Santa Cruz, wine tasting in Napa, and skiing in Tahoe with family and friends. Phil also coaches the Women’s JV Soccer team at San Mateo High School.
In addition, Phil also practices Brazilian JiuJitsu and will be competing later this year for a Master’s World Title. We now have built-in security. Squatters need not apply!
